A lot can be assumed when you first see Orion Lee, but most know that above all else he's considerate and capable. Of course, he's also charismatic, idealistic and orderly, but they're often slightly tainted by a mindset of being vindictive as well.
His surprising nature though, this is what he's so well-liked for. People regularly count on this and his generosity whenever they need assistance or help. He sometimes wonders if this is a good way to connect with people that are different with him, by making himself available to him to such a degree. 


Nobody's perfect of course and Orion has plenty of rainy days too. He's a workaholic and always tends to be focused on his work at times. This could be both good and bad, because people who want to make personal connections with him might be blown off at the last minute if he feels like he needs the money. His defensive nature makes him look rather scary and reminds people that he is a carnivore, which can pose plenty of problems and beyond what people are willing to deal with.

He's superstitious to a fault and has a lucky item subscription where one is mailed to his house every month. It always seems like an infomercial whenever he explains what the lucky item of the month is. Fortunately, his capabilities are there to lift spirits when needed, making him one of the rarest companions due to his race and sense of responsibility.

He looks like an orca, with the muscle mass and size showing the bulk beneath his clothing. He considers himself a casual dresser if he's not in school uniform, but he favors the detective style of clothing the most. 

Orion and his family is apart of a minority group called the
Sea Family Union, which is supposed to represent the aquatic members of the nomivore population. It's a rare collection of animals that can sustain a way of life on both land and sea, being able to function out of the water and lead regular lives. They share a cordial relationship with the reptilian community due to some similarities with the members (frogs, turtles, etc) also being apart of the union due to the similarites. However, they are less represented than them due to the fact that they are still considered as reptilian, and the party was formed to ensure that the marine animals still had a voice in the system. The head of the union is Orion's father, an Orca by the name of Apollo Lee. Due to the natural family values that an Orca showcases, he has an appearance of any modern-day politician with a loving family. His youngest son is Orion, and his oldest son has a supervisory position at the central city harbor.

Growing up, Orion was faced with many challenges. The union was formed for the sake of the underrepresented aquatics, but his family still served as the minority of the minorities. They were carnivores, even worse, apex predators, that stood at a high point of their community. However, it was that same quality that instilled a sense of responsibility of the Lee family to conduct their interactions with others in a formal matter. In the midst of discrimination, his father lobbied in order for things to change for the nomivores who were deemed "invisible" to the other population in some aspects.

Orion was homeschooled for the most part, but an effective power move was to enroll Roion in a prestigious school in order to show that people like them existed among the community and that they had something to offer. Since he was the youngest, Orion was chosen to be one of the few golden children of that process. However, Orion had his own dreams as well. His mother liked to sing, an he would imitate her vocals from time to time. He didn't dive too much into the political world, nor had a cricial interest in it.

His size and strength didn't take away from Orion being a regular teenager that was into detective soap operas and wanting to be one when he got older. But if there was one thing that he did take from his father, it was the macho bravado of being the "example" for others, whether positive or negative. He was the first to set an example and the first to take responsibility, it was how the children of the Lee family were raised. Still, even though he had the eyes of a carnivore, it was met with a kind smile that made people realize that his pride in his background does not weight how reliable he was to others.

SPECIES DESCRIPTION: (The killer whale or orca (Orcinus orca) is a toothed whale belonging to the oceanic dolphin family, of which it is the largest member. Killer whales have a diverse diet as apex predators, their extreme confidence is due to the fact that they have no other animal as their natural enemy. They are highly social creatures comprised off matrilineal family groups. The killer whale has one of the most powerful bites in the animal kingdom, which is currently immeasurable but exceeds  19,000 PSI.  They can breath both air and function under water, as well as use echolocation with the sounds of their vocals.

SKILL DESCRIPTION: This is one of the bread and butters of Orion that he's got going for him, his ability to produce sounds via echolocation. In a social aspect, it's one of the reasons why he has a particularly good singing voice, adjusting the sound of his voice so that it could be high pitched or bass like. But it could also be used to discover hidden things or people if there was any smuggling going on, being the perfect weapon against crime or being a hide-and-seek champion. Right now, he's not as good as he wants to be, but he desires to get better with practice.
