Mina is truly a quite friendly person, welcoming and friendly. Just by speaking to her you can easily tell that she is an extrovert and loves to talk a lot. She treats everyone she talks to the same: with both respect and kindness. It is clear that she is incredibly confident with her words, generally refusing to take back anything she says. Once she says something that she means, she sticks with it to the end. While this may seem like a great trait to have, it could lead to her downfalls.
What most people don’t know is truly how radical her beliefs are. She is a firm believer against the separation of herbivores and carnivores and also believes that the mix up between the two groups should be rather enforced. In addition, she also believes that governments should take immediate action against the discrimination between carnivores and herbivores in order to end things. Mina despises any sort of attitude towards the superiority of any type towards any sort of group.
Despite her beliefs, Mina doesn’t spend all day talking about them. In fact, she keeps most of them to herself, understanding that currently there was simply no way society would agree with her. Instead, she would push for more realistic changes over ones that are completely impossible. There are moments where she does tend to be more abrasive, breaking free of her generally logical self-image that she projects. Mina is blunt, stating the obvious that no one wants to talk about and speaking her mind.
APPEARANCE
WEIGHT: 80lbs
EYE COLOR: Black
FUR COLOR: Brown
FACECLAIM NAME: Original Art
FACECLAIM SERIES: N/A
Mina primarily takes her appearance after her mother, a white-winged vampire bat. Most of her bodily structures are bat-like, including her general appearance, winged arms, and claws. Compared to most hybrids, she can easily disguise herself as a normal bat, until one closer.
On the membrane of her wings are brown feathers, one of the primary indicators of her status as a hybrid. In addition, she also has a longer snout that even curves slightly downward almost like a bird’s beak and sharp claws on her feet.
As courtesy, Mina generally hides her fangs from view and obscures her wings the best that she can, although one can still see the small feathers that lines her arms.
HISTORY
Feathers would begin growing on her wings, her snout would extend forward and curve almost like a bird, and her own claws grew sharp like a bird’s talons. Compared to other hybrids, she was still widely accepted by society since, in the end, she was still the product of two carnivores. That still wouldn’t stop the odd looks though that she would get nor would it stop the bullying she received in her early years.
It was her first dose of reality to how much society appeared to hate hybrids who were freaks of nature just like her compared to purebloods. Growing up, she didn’t have many friends either and was generally the lonely kid in the corner. There were even times when she would beg her parents to let her stay home when the bullying got too much for her to bear. One day, she would simply stand up to them.
She hadn’t expected it to work, but by standing up to her bullies, she gained newfound confidence she didn’t have before. It discouraged the bullies and even managed to make a few new friends in the process. It made Mina realize that this wasn’t the past anymore. Words could be much stronger than physical strength nowadays. She didn’t want to learn how to solve problems with through brute force but with her words. This would be the beginning of her lifelong desire to try and better the problems with society.
These beliefs would only build up as she went down the road. Her eyes were opened with how carnivores were treated in this herbivore dominated the world and what that meant if she were to grow up in this world. In addition, she would also have to deal with stereotyping, something that became prevalent in her early pre-teens where she had to endure jokes about being a “blood-sucking vermin” especially after she had pronounced that she wanted to be a politician and change the world.
Mina would eventually find herself enrolling in Cherryton Academy, living a relatively calm high school life. She joined the debate and speech club there and became an active member, later even taking over the role as the club vice-president and later even president after the previous one graduated. However, during her time there, she was introduced to the back alley market which would form one of her darkest views.
The first taste of meat was from pig’s blood, given to her by a vial that she had bought when out with her friends. It was like a rush for her, something that she simply couldn’t forget. Despite the moral quandaries of it, Mina realized that she had never felt better than she ever had before when she would consume it. This would be the point where she formed her opinion to legalize this forbidden ingredient.
Of course, she would keep this belief to herself, not wanting to be ostracized by her peers, especially her herbivore friends. However, secretly she would begin to visit the back alley market periodically where she began to think of ways for them to maybe even help them get accepted by society.
Despite her hidden actions, Mina would continue to play an active role in trying to change society. She genuinely wanted to make it a better place for both carnivores, herbivores and hybrids to live. Maybe there was a chance she could change something in this flawed world of theirs.

SPECIES AND SKILLS
SPECIES FAMILY: Phyllostomidae - Falconidae
SPECIES SCIENTIFIC NAME: Diaemus Youngi - Falco Sparverius
SPECIES DESCRIPTION: The hybrid mix's bodily structure takes after the bat. Their wings, fangs, torso and facial physiology are all bat-like. They have scent glands within their mouth which produce a foul smelling order from their mouth when they feel threatened and have even developed a sense of thermoreception to identify warm and hot spots. From the American Kestral, the hybrid has developed feathers upon their wings, which do not serve any purpose as it does not provide insulation nor does it hinder flight either. Their snout is also elongated and curves slightly downward, which mimics the beak of the bird. In addition, their feet are also a mix between their parent species. While they do allow the hybrid to latch on upside-down for long periods of time without the use of any muscles, the claws also hold sharp talons. They take their bite and grip strength from their Kestral heritage, able to exert a typical 10N bite and a grip of 9N.
